a little while back in december our church made a migration from an old building into a cathedral like methodist church. the transition has gone rather well. every sunday, when i arrive early to get the system up and running with the rest of the crew, i sing out real loud – in a deep ‘pirate’ like voice. i’ve found that two songs in particular tend to resonate throughout the room really well. They are, “Let My People Go” and the theme from Pirates of the Carribean “Yo-Ho-Yo-Ho a Pirate’s life for me”. peace.
